Caller claims to be investigating a refund due to me , i do not know who they are or if it is a genuine company or just another scam beware if they call with s aimilar offer . they do not leave a message with a name and address . i have been called from a phone in Germany with the same claim and they wanted a fee of thousands to process the refund . i find myself out of pocket but no sign of th refund promised . SCAM BEWARE.
