i am having a lot of scam calls i must be on a suckers list

auto dialler bot rings you and when you answer a recording is played
if you say anything it detects this and send the call to a person with an indian accent

query regarding accident claims in past 3 years which is nonsense as that expired deadline

ask them to remove your number from their records then block the number as its obviously a voip through a sip trunk with a ghost caller id

Caller stated that they were from BT Fraud department and that there had been fraudulent use of my BT landline number. I was told press option 1 immediately. I did not press 1 and hung up. I telephoned BT who said that it sound like one of several scam call they have been informed about and they will investigate but just to ignore the call. BT confirmed that they would not contact any customer in this way.
This is an automated call.
