My Dad received a strange text from this number saying there had been a movement on his Halifax app....he doesn't have this app. Doesn't even have a smart phone, there was a link to follow but luckily he deleted it.

They keep calling from this number, I don't live in UK and keep getting calls from them since there was a Bloomberg breach of client #s from N.Y area back in 2017 or 2016.
They probably are scammers for Forex trading bullshit software that they just want to rip you off be careful, I am not sure since I never pick up calls from the UK, I live elsewhere in Europe and don't know anyone in UK
