Called today said from Domestic and General as washing machine cover expired. Asked when and She thinks it's Monday. Asked what model and she thinks it's Zanussi. Hard luck for them renewed my cover last month WRONG DATE AND MODEL. Told her I knew this was a scam and not to call back. Domestic and General do not phone customers on expiry so beware.

A recorded call tried to trick me into thinking that my broadband service was going to be disconnected within 24 hours. Also for me to press a number to speak to someone about it. I telephoned my ISP provider on a known number and they advised me that it must be a SCAM as it is untrue.
