This guy is scammer purporting to be from other legitimate companies based in UK. He abuses UK Companies House policy of companies and owners details being available for public inspection. This guy use companies house to obtain company and owner information, prints-off, amends and abuses Certificates of Incorporation belonging to other legitimate businesses then offers loan guarantee letters with these company names.
It's really crazy and these guys are getting away with it how come Do the needful by telling those legitimate business that their name is being used to defraud people. Also register and submit with https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
