Telefonica UK Ltd appear to be the issuing party for the No. The No. appears to be from Guandzha being part of the Russian Federation using Telefonica to piggyback a free ride in to peoples homes using the 02 network. Costs: landline to mobile either 6p or 32p per min & 3p and 40p per min between mobiles.
