Also 14808184948 and 0014808184948. At the beginning a system message occurs (my phone: Samsung S7, Android 7) to confirm your own phone number. If you do so, you will receive a message with a "verification code". The code number is a hyper link. I assume, virus or fraud is waiting if you click on it...
I really don't know how they could manage to let occur a system message first instead of a dumb call or message. This is very tricky.
