An Indian woman about my poor internet speed ( my speed is excellent). I wasn't busy so I listened but I don't think she appreciated my laughing and when I politely said I was fed up of scams she hung up and I didn't even shout at her. A few minutes later I got an automated call about my Amazon account and they had taken money for the yearly payment. I don't have an Amazon account but occasionally get parcels through my sons account which he pays for monthly and he hasn't lived with me for nearly 10years
