This number was provided by a fraudulent caller who was trying to get access to my computer to allegedly fix a compromised IP address. They presented themselves as calling from Virgin Media and provided this number as the one to call for Virgin Media Customer Services - which it is not. Don't fall for the scam

i believe this is a scam.
apparently the American automated voice told me that they were the HMRC and that a fraud case had been opened under my name and unless i pressed 1 straight away i would be arrested .. i called the number back from a works land line but the number was constantly engaged. i despise people like this
