Text message purporting to be from Nationwide stating that "I have added a new payee MR A HUSAIN to my account" and inviting a visit to nationwide.uk.recipient -cancel.com. This is an clear and obvious scam attempt; Nationwide do not send out text messages asking for new payee confirmation, they do it by other means (which for obvious reasons I am not divulging), The Nationwide website does not end ".com" . The wording of the text is a copy of the format used by Nat West. DO NOT respond to the text, or attempt to visit the website.
