Started as a recorded message to say that my BT account has been compromised. Pressed 1 and spoke to a man called Steve - dont think that was his birth name! who proceeded to tell me that my BT account/server was being used by numerous outside/overseas (hard to tell what he said with his heavy accent) persons. I told him I DO NOT HAVE A BT ACCOUNT he said he knew that but that for a charge they could sort the problem out.
So far, and it is only 3pm I have had 5 calls today!.
