There was a robotic voice (kind of like google translate voice) on the other end saying something about how there is an arrest warrant for me. As soon as the sentence finished, they hung up.

Unsolicited call claiming to be 'Matthew' regarding loft insulation. They did not know the name of the person who they were trying to call when asked. Call centre click sounds. Likely to be a scam. Reverse lookup, 1471 and calling back yields no results.

They keep calling from this number, I don't live in UK and keep getting calls from them since there was a Bloomberg breach of client #s form N.Y area back in 2017 or 2016.
They probably are scammers for Forex trading bullshit software that they just want to rip you off be careful, I am not sure since I never pick up calls from the UK, I live elsewhere in Europe and don't know anyone in UK.

03330 302091 Received call 20.23 Wednesday 23/9/2020 to an EX Directory BT landline. Phone rang I picked it up & didn’t answer – they hung up. It appears that this number has been targeting Bournemouth, Manchester, London, Stirling and York. The No. hails from Northeast France and using Manchester as the UK hopping point.

Said there was a fault with my internet and tried to get me to press keys on laptop and phone. When I asked why do I need to do this is you already know there is a fault they hung up.
Contacted me on my landline that I never use. Wont be answering that again

Called my US number at 4:30 am a few times until i woke up and answered. It was a man speaking german trying to ask questions or something, also heard a woman talking in the background. I said i dont speak german and he understood then hung up. I am very confused.

I had a call from this number saying they were calling from Vanquis Bank (credit card service) saying my payment plan has been cancelled. This can only be cancelled with my authorization, which I have not given. I'm pretty sure it it a scam. If I get another call, I will simply ignore it!!
