Asian man claiming to be from Virgin Media, and saying they are posting me a new router, as the one I have has been sending suspicious codes back to Virgin, indicating it has been downloading viruses. This is happening to a lot of other people in the area apparently. The router would be with me on this Friday (which just happens to be Good Friday). He then asked me to start one of my devices to connect to the internet so he could talk me through setting up the router, even though it was not yet delivered. I told him my son always deals with setting up my equipment, at which point he said he would ring back tomorrow (Good Friday), and then rung off. I rang the number back, but it came back as not recognised.
