Call from this number answered immediately. As soon as I spoke the caller dropped the line with no response. The UK landline number appears to be allocated to Twilio (Ireland), Twilio being a well-reputed message authentification site. The line seems to have been hijacked. My immediate reaction was to block the number and run a virus check on my phone. Scan and leaks proved negative. But if they have the line they will be up to something eventually.
