A woman with an Asian accent and not good English tried to persuade me that she was calling me from Microsoft in California and that my computer had some security issue. She urged me to start it and follow her instructions. When I said it was hard to understand her, she passed me a native English speaker - perhaps American - who confronted me when I wondered if they were a fake. He even insulted me.
Three days later I got the same type of call from another number with the same city code -Blackburn, UK- and same strategy. Today I found out that someone I know has also got this type of calls.
