Fake Amazon, Prime Subscription SCAM. They have answer for everything. They lie, steal from you account, very dangerous scam. Ask them, to speak to the supervisor, it's busy, ask them your name, they will give you other name and tell you that someone's is using your account. All they have this number and will try to take you money. This is a big call centre in India. Be extremely careful, they also use hundreds of UK mobile phone numbers at random to call people.. I have spent some time with them, and they were running out of lies. When they realise you know, they hung up, you can't call them back. All I can do is to report this number here. Thanks
