Male voice purporting to be enquiring about results of Government funded loft insulation. Advised that some householders had experienced mould and excessive moisture trapped by the insulation and that his agency is carrying out free checks of properties to ensure that condensation is not happening in mine. Then started to ask questions which I considered to be increasingly irrelevant. When it came to asking which age group I belonged to I asked him to give me his phone number and I would contact him if the need arose, he fell silent so I put the phone down.
